Any home that comes on market, or is on market, or for homes that will be expected to reduce in value, what we can do for you is to set up an Online Home Visit, Virtual Open House and Zoom Meeting experience - We'll walk you through the homes, get feedback, talk about comparable properties, get everything in set so that at the end of 2 weeks, we'll set up a showing schedule and see what homes are more relevant to you to visit in person

We'll do the same type of process for Off-Market Homes. All of the sellers that we're working with are all understanding however they also wanted to honor the Governor's request
